Gabriela understands that business and estate planning decisions often arise during important personal, family, and professional transitions. She advises clients with steadiness, empathy, and careful attention to the circumstances affecting each decision.

Before founding GEP Legal Counsel, Gabriela spent more than 12 years practicing corporate and tax law at prominent New York law firms and served for nearly a decade as general counsel to a multinational family office.

She has extensive experience advising business owners, investors, families, and private companies on corporate and governance matters, private fund and direct investments, joint ventures, and trusts and estates.

Drawing on this experience, Gabriela considers each matter from both a business and personal planning perspective. This allows her to identify potential gaps, balance competing priorities, and develop practical solutions tailored to each client’s circumstances.
