Before founding GEP Legal Counsel, Gabriela spent over 12 years in the tax and corporate departments of prestigious New York law firms and served for nearly a decade as executive officer and general counsel of a multinational family office.
She has extensive experience representing private clients investing in real estate, private funds, direct investments, and joint ventures, and in their trust and estate matters.
Drawing on her breadth of experience, Gabriela is able to analyze complex matters from multiple perspectives, offer sophisticated legal counsel, and provide tailored and holistic solutions to her clients’ challenges.
